SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends enrollment updates, class notifications, appointment reminders, program information, testing updates, customer support communications, and other service-related messages to individuals who have contacted, registered with, enrolled with, scheduled services through, or submitted information to Hands2Hearts Academy and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications.
SMS opt-in is collected through forms that include a dedicated consent checkbox or clear method of obtaining consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Hands2Hearts Academy.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to the same number that sent you the SMS message. After you send “STOP,” you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to independently participate in our SMS messaging program.
